Scratch First, the team behind Wonderfruit and Fruitfull, is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager specializing in social media communication, strategy, and content development. As a key member of our marketing team, the Brand Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our brand across various online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of social media marketing experience and at least 3 years of experience in Brand Management. Candidates should be a strategic thinker with a passion for communication, a deep comprehension of audience behavior, and a proven ability to manage brands effectively.

The Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive online strategies aligned with the overall brand objectives
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize brand presence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with broader marketing initiatives
  • Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including but not limited to written, visual, and multimedia assets
  • Oversee and manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience
  • Monitor and evaluate content performance, leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize content strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, align objectives, and manage expectations
  • Work closely with creative teams, providing clear and concise briefs, and ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets
  • Manage feedback and revision processes efficiently, maintaining effective communication and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s identity, values, and target audience, ensuring consistency across all social media platforms
  • Monitor and protect the brand’s reputation, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that arise on social media channels
  • Leverage market insights to identify brand growth opportunities and drive brand positioning strategies
  • Manage the Community Management team to ensure all community touchpoints are aligned
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to set up campaigns and define audience targeting according to behaviors across platforms
Candidate requirements
  • Minimum 7 years in social media marketing, at least 3 years in Brand Management
  • Copywriting skills in English and Thai required
  • Must have attended Wonderfruit at least once
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and make data-driven decisions
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative assets
  • A fun and positive manager, who can confidently lead a team
  • Highly organized, and able to work independently
