Scratch First, the team behind Wonderfruit and Fruitfull, is looking for a part-time contract Wellness & Lifestyle Coordinator.

The Role:
  • Curate and Manage Wellness Programs: Develop and coordinate engaging wellness and lifestyle programs, ensuring they align with the festival’s ethos and audience interests.
  • Vendor & Collaborator Coordination: Assist in building and maintaining a strong wellness & lifestyle community by working closely with vendors and collaborators, ensuring their offerings align with the event’s ethos and marketing strategy.
  • Trend Research & Content Alignment: Support the Director in identifying current wellness and lifestyle trends, ensuring they are incorporated into event objectives and remain relevant to the content and programming.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to help develop annual concepts, promote the wellness community, and maintain consistency in messaging across all event platforms.
  • Program Support & Optimization: Help organize and optimize wellness & lifestyle programming alongside the Director, ensuring maximum engagement and smooth event operations.
  • Financial Tracking & Management: Support payment monitoring and ensure timely allocation and processing of payments. Assist in reporting final sales figures, confirming details with vendors, and processing revenue share payments after the event.
Candidate requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with AI tools for data analysis, content creation, and event optimization (e.g., trend forecasting, social media analytics).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • Skilled in multitasking and prioritizing, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and service-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working cross-functionally or managing direct reports.
  • Positive, adaptable attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Can work under pressure, maintaining efficiency and quality in demanding situations.
  • Event production experience is a plus, particularly in wellness and lifestyle programming.
  • A Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a personal vehicle are assets.

The successful candidate will be someone who can think on their feet, participate enthusiastically, and know when to collaborate or when to take the lead. It’s a fast-paced, festival environment—in the office, and at the event. We prioritize good teamwork and bringing a positive, fun attitude to whatever we do.
