The Role

You’ll oversee a designated area of 2-6 bars during Wonderfruit, acting as the crucial link between the Bar Heads on the ground and the Bar General Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction across all of your assigned venues.

  • Oversee all daily operations for an assigned area of 2-6 bars at Wonderfruit 2025
  • Act as the primary liaison for Bar Heads and the General Manager, ensuring clear communication and reporting
  • Lead, train, and support Bar Heads, dynamically optimizing staffing across venues in real-time
  • Ensure 100% product availability by managing inventory and coordinating with Bar HQ for replenishment
  • Maintain high standards for service, quality, and operations
  • Resolve any performance or operational issues promptly
Candidate requirements
  • Previous experience in high-volume bar or restaurant management
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume festival environment
  • Solid knowledge of beverage service, inventory management, and bar operations
  • Fluent in English
  • Thai language skills are preferred
