  • proactively identify, approach, and secure partnership opportunities with culturally aligned brands.
  • Lead pitch development, negotiation, and deal-closing processes for festival-aligned collaborations.
  • Co-create collab concepts—spanning products, installations, activations, and digital extensions—that bring the Wonderfruit ethos to life.
  • Manage all aspects of partner integration: concept development, timelines, deliverables, creative alignment, and execution on site.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, marketing, and comms) to ensure seamless execution and brand synergy.
  • Track outcomes and create post-event reporting to evaluate success and inform future collabs.
Merchandise Management
  • Own Wonderfruit’s seasonal and festival merchandise planning—from design collaboration and vendor coordination to production and pricing.
  • Lead the setup and operation of on-site retail experience, including staffing, training, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust in real time to meet revenue targets and guest demand.
  • Deliver post-festival reporting on merch performance and propose data-informed recommendations for future editions.
Candidate requirements:
  • 4+ years experience in brand partnerships, fashion/lifestyle merchandising, or creative retail management.
  • Proven ability to pitch and close meaningful brand deals with a cultural or creative angle.
  • Strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of brand alignment, audience resonance, and cultural timing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with production timelines, cross-functional teams, and third-party vendors.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience in experiential or festival environments.
  • Existing network in lifestyle, fashion, wellness, or design brands—especially in Thailand or across the region.
  • Knowledge of ethical sourcing or sustainable production practices.
  • Background in launching capsule collections, pop-ups, or limited-edition product runs.
