Job Description
Scratch First, The team behind Wonderfruit and Fruitfull, is looking for a Graphic Designer with a range of skills to join our team. This exciting role requires a creative thinker with a flair for innovative visual design.

The Role
  • Work with the rest of the Marketing team (creative and digital functions) to develop on-brand designs across all the company’s touchpoints
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with various stakeholders to meet deadlines and schedule deliverables based on workload, which may include multiple simultaneous projects
  • Build designs for the website and app that takes the customer experience and journey into consideration
  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Proven skills in related applications such as Adobe CC, Figma etc
  • Edit video, add text and tracks and create social media versions and/or cut-downs for a variety of platforms
  • Gather feedback and revisions from managers and stakeholders and deliver final outputs in a timely manner
Candidate requirements
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • 5+ years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma etc
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
