The Role
  • Work with the Partnership Team to identify, develop, secure, manage, and report on partnership opportunities across projects within the Scratch First portfolio.
  • Prospect and manage a pipeline of commercial and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, businesses, agencies, associations, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead outreach efforts and develop new partnership opportunities aligned with project objectives.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, pitch decks, reports, budgets, and supporting materials.
  • Present partnership opportunities and collaboration proposals to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage day-to-day communications, negotiations, and relationship development with assigned partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, PR, Programming, Content, Production, Operations, Creative, F&B, and other departments to develop and deliver partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate partnership deliverables, contractual benefits, activations, and project timelines.
  • Manage partnership agreements, contracts, trackers, reports, and related documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Ensure partnership commitments and activation requirements are delivered effectively by both Scratch First and its partners.
  • Maintain accurate partnership records, pipelines, forecasts, trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen, expand, and renew existing partnerships.
  • Support partner activations and relationship management before, during, and after live event dates.
Candidate requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, account management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage partner or client accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Thai.
  • Confidence presenting ideas, proposals, and partnership opportunities to external stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and develop partnership solutions.
  • Experience preparing proposals, presentations, reports, budgets, and business correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in events, hospitality, media, entertainment, sustainability, creative industries, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during key project periods and event live dates.
