The Role
  • Work with the Partnership Team to implement, manage, monitor, and report on Wonderfruit partnership activations.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure partnership benefits and deliverables are executed effectively and on schedule.
  • Support partnership development through research, prospecting, proposal preparation, and sales materials.
  • Assist in preparing partnership agreements, contracts, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist in preparing partner and creative materials packages such as logo, photo, essential information, brand guideline for both Wonderfruit and partners.
  • Manage partnership assets, trackers, payment trackers, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate external suppliers, agencies, freelancers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support partner activations and event operations before, during, and after Wonderfruit.
  • Lead and coordinate Partnership Runners during event periods.
  • Prepare post-event reports, partner communications, and appreciation materials.
  • Provide general project coordination and administrative support to the Partnership Team.
Candidate requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, events, marketing, business development, or related fields.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience in events, sponsorship, creative, media, or entertainment industries is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during project deadlines and event live dates.
  • Interest in culture, creativity, sustainability, and community-driven experiences.
