The Role
  • Work with the Partnership Team to identify, develop, secure, manage, and report on partnership opportunities for Wonderfruit and other Scratch First projects.
  • Prospect, develop, and manage a pipeline of commercial and strategic partnership opportunities to support organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, businesses, agencies, associations, community organizations, institutions, and other stakeholders aligned with company’s values.
  • Lead partnership meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with prospective and existing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, PR, Programming, Content, Production, Operations, Creative, F&B, and other departments to identify partnership opportunities and support organizational needs.
  • Develop partnership proposals, pitch decks, presentations, collaboration frameworks, budgets, and supporting materials.
  • Create partnership solutions that generate value through sponsorship, products, services, expertise, media value, operational support, or other forms of collaboration.
  • Manage partnership agreements, contracts, budgets, and related documentation throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Ensure partnership benefits, contractual deliverables, and activation commitments are fulfilled by both Wonderfruit and its partners.
  • Maintain accurate partnership pipelines, forecasts, trackers, reports, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to renew, expand, and strengthen existing partnerships.
  • Support partner activations and relationship management before, during, and after event live dates.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required.
Candidate requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship sales, business development, account management, consulting, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to independently develop opportunities, negotiate agreements, and manage partner relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Thai.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders across both internal teams and external organizations.
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking with the ability to identify mutually beneficial partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience preparing presentations, proposals, budgets, reports, and business correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in events, hospitality, media, entertainment, sustainability, creative industries, or related sectors is an advantage.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during key project periods and event live dates.
