Wonderfruit Project Manager

Job Highlights
  • Mid-Level Manager | Full-time, In Office
  • A sharp, organised, and proactive project lead who thrives in the chaos of event production
  • This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand
Scratch First, The team behind Wonderfruit and Fruitfull, is looking for a Project Manager to keep our creative and production work moving with clarity and precision.

Our experiences and festivals exist to encourage, develop and innovate creative solutions for sustainable living, and to bring about a global community to celebrate them.
We believe that creativity is the catalyst for change.
If you believe the same, read on.
The Role
  • Own the end-to-end project lifecycle across studio and event projects — from brief intake and scoping through to delivery and post-project review
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in close collaboration with creative and production leads
  • Act as the central coordination point across internal teams — keeping creative, production, design, and operations aligned at every stage
  • Facilitate kickoff sessions, regular meetings, and post-project retrospectives to maintain momentum and shared clarity
  • Identify risks early, manage scope changes proactively, and escalate blockers to the right people at the right time
  • Track project budgets, flag variances, and manage change requests in a structured and transparent way
  • Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation — briefs, status reports, timelines, and delivery records
  • Ensure that deliverables across every workstream are completed on schedule and to the standard the studio demands
  • Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and team habits to make the studio run better
Candidate requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally within creative production, events, or experiential environments
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Proficiency with project management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
  • A proactive, calm-under-pressure mindset — able to make decisions quickly when circumstances shift
  • Previous experience in festival, live event, or creative agency production is a significant advantage
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training is a plus but not required
We are a small team, looking for the right fit. The successful candidate will be someone who can think on their feet, participate enthusiastically, and know when to collaborate or when to take the lead. It’s a fast-paced, festival environment—in the office, and at our events. We prioritize good teamwork and bringing a positive, fun attitude to whatever we do.
