The Role
  • Own the day-to-day operation of our social media channels — scheduling, publishing, and maintaining the content calendar across all Scratch First brands
  • Coordinate closely with the content and brand teams to ensure assets are ready, on-spec, and published on time
  • Work with the Performance Manager to schedule, traffic, and monitor paid social campaigns — keeping creative, copy, and timelines aligned
  • Track and report on performance across channels (organic and paid), pulling the numbers that help the wider team understand what’s working
  • Manage our online communities — responding to comments and messages, moderating conversation, and keeping engagement warm and on-brand
  • Act as the connective tissue between content creation, paid media, and community, keeping everyone aligned on what’s going live and when
  • Stay on top of platform changes, scheduling tools, and best practices across the channels we publish on
Candidate requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in social media coordination, community management, or a related communications role
  • Hands-on experience with social scheduling and publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar)
  • Familiarity with paid social — ⁠Meta ads (Facebook, Intagram and Threads), Google Ads (Search, Display, Youtube). ⁠Familiar with marketing metrics through analytics platforms such as GA4 or Looker Studio.
  • Comfort with analytics and reporting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
  • A genuine feel for community — fast, warm, and on-brand in how you engage an audience
  • Exceptionally organised, reliable, and calm under the recurring deadlines of an always-on content operation
  • Strong written communication in English & Thai
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
