Scratch First, The team behind Wonderfruit and Fruitfull, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Snr Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the entire marketing team and lead the production of high-quality videos that tell compelling stories and resonate with our audience. You will be responsible for capturing videos, editing raw footage into polished videos and enhancing them with graphics, sound, and effects to ensure they align with our brand vision.

The Role
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that meet project goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the creative teams to develop storyboards and shot lists.
  • Enhance videos with graphics, animations, sound effects, and music.
  • Optimize content for various platforms, including social media, YouTube, and our website.
  • Manage video assets by organizing and maintaining a library of footage, graphics, and audio files.
  • Implement new technologies to improve editing efficiency and creativity.
  • Support marketing efforts by creating video content for campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure quality by delivering projects on time and meeting the required standards.
  • Review and revise content based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and tools.
Candidate requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing and production.
  • Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
  • A strong understanding of campaign and content marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of color grading, sound editing, and visual effects.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Ability to bring creative ideas to life through video.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with motion graphics and animation.
  • Great understanding of video content requirements for all social media platforms.
  • Professional communication skills in English and Thai
  • Adaptable and open to feedback to continuously improve your work.
  • Added bonus: Proficient in using a camera and can shoot video
