Scratch First, The team behind Wonderfruit, is looking for a Visual Designer with expertise in digital product design to join our team. This exciting role requires a strategic creative thinker with exceptional skills in web and app design.

The Role
  • Design and refine user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring intuitive and engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms
  • Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and branding
  • Collaborate directly with product managers, graphic designers and developers to translate business requirements into visually compelling and functional designs
  • Apply strategic thinking to solve complex design challenges and improve user experiences
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop on-brand designs across all the company’s digital and print touchpoints
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with various stakeholders to meet deadlines and schedule deliverables based on workload, which may include multiple simultaneous projects
  • Gather feedback and implement revisions from managers and stakeholders, delivering final outputs in a timely manner
Candidate requirements
  • Proven experience designing digital products, websites, and mobile applications Creative portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills with a focus on digital products
  • Strategic thinking ability with experience translating business objectives into effective design solutions
  • Experience with interaction and motion design to create dynamic and engaging user experiences
  • Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • BONUS: Skills in additional graphic design tools and techniques
  • Experience working directly with development teams and understanding of technical constraints
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
